Do I have to make a reservation or can I just drop by?
Spontaneous bookings are accepted but booking in advance is recommended due to availability.
Can I add more people to my booking at a later date?
You can add people later via “My account” or email bookings@lane7.co.uk.
How can I change my booking?
Bookings can be changed via “My account,” subject to availability.
Can I change the time of my booking?
Booking time changes on the day must be done before arrival via “My account.”
Can I cancel my booking?
Cancellation and refund are subject to notice period stated in GTCs.
Is it possible to book more than one game of bowling?
Some days allow booking two bowling games; peak demand may limit to one game with a possibility to add on-site.
Why is my booking only 20 minutes long?
Game duration estimates: 20 minutes for two people, 30 minutes for three, etc.
Do I have to book the arcade?
Arcade games don’t require booking—just pay and play.
Do I have to book all the activities I would like to do?
Add all desired activities ahead of time for best experience; availability cannot be guaranteed otherwise.
Can I get a student discount?
Student discount available through Student Beans registration.
How can I talk to a real person?

What happens if I’m late?
If you’re under 10 minutes late, not an issue. More than that—venue will do their best, but no guarantee.
Are children allowed in Game Bar Lane7?
Over‑18 only after 7 pm; ID required. Edinburgh is an exception, starting at 10 pm. Children under 14 must be supervised.

Can I wear my own shoes when bowling?
Bowling shoes with open toes/heels are not allowed; you can borrow free bowling shoes in all sizes.
Do I have to share a bowling alley with others if I am in a group of two people?
Lane sharing is optional.
How long does a round of mini golf take?
Mini golf duration depends on pace of play and course rules.
Can I reserve a specific bowling alley?
Lane reservation for specific alleys may be possible, depending on availability.
